MEET THE SPECIALISTDr. Cassidy grew up in Lime Springs, Iowa where his father was a newspaper publisher for 62 years. He attended University of Iowa for B.S. (1975) and D.D.S. (1979), and served in the United States Army Dental Corps for 21 years, retiring as a Colonel in 2000. He is Board Certified by the American Board of General Dentistry and recognized as a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Cassidy and his wife Cathy have two sons and are active members of the Rolla Church of Christ. They enjoy traveling and church-related dental mission trips to Africa and South America. |
| Donald Richardson, DMD |
Dr. Richardson was born and raised in Oklahoma and Attended the University of Oklahoma from 1966 to 1971. He graduated with honors from Washington University's School of Medicine in 1975, and served as a member of the U.S. Army Reserves from 1968 to 1996. He is a member of American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry, and is also a member of the Lewis and Clark Study Club, the St. Louis Endodontic Study Club, and and Greater St. Louis Dental Society. Dr. Richardson and his wife Cynthia live in West St. Louis County and have two children, Ann and John. |

Henry J. Antolak DMD PC |
Dr. Antolak was born in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1979 and shortly moved to Rolla. Dr. Antolak has five children; Mindy, Brooke, Henry III, Autumn, and Thomas. He recently became a grandfather to Adalin Hills. He is happily married to his wife, Laura and enjoys bowling, golf and triathlons. Dr. Antolak completed his first Ironman triathlon (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.6 mile run) in November 2008. He likes to do technically difficult cases, mostly involving cosmetic dentistry as well as providing dental care for children. |
