Richard Davidson DMD, MS - Periodontist

Periodontist – a dentist who has completed a university post-graduate specialty program in periodontics and treats gum problems.  Periodontal specialty programs are an additional two to three years of study following graduation of a four-year dental school program.

  • Earned his dental degree from the Washington University School of Medicine.  Furthered his education at the University of Missouri - Kansas City earning a Master of Science degree.
  • Dr. Richardson has taught numerous different classes at Washington University School of Medicine and currently teaches in the Dental Department of Otolaryngology.

Edward Acree DDDS - Orthodontist


Orthodontist – a dental specialist that has not only completed college and 4 years of dental school, but has also completed an additional 2 to 3 years residency at a program accredited by the ADA of advanced education in orthodontics.  An orthodontist has learned the skills that are required to treat the misalignment of teeth and facial development with braces, headgear, retainers and other methods.

  • Raised in Memphis, Tennessee.
  • Earned a B.S. degree at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville, a D.D.S. degree at the University of Tennessee - Memphis, and a M.S. degree at the St. Louis University Graduate School of Orthodontics.
  • Member of the American Dental Association and American Association of Orthodontics, and Board Certified by the American Association of Orthodontics.
  • Dr. Acree is married and has two sons.
